This was our first time working with a contractor and first time taking on this large of a project (complete bathroom overhaul, installing shower where there was none, installing heating system). PHR was prompt with all responses, was patient through all our questions, and helped us understand the process the entire step of the way. When something was different from what was discussed, PHR immediately let us know and talked us through options that helped keep us on budget while still getting the bathroom we wanted. PHR was also very clean, covered the floors with drop cloths, and hung plastic to keep dust contained. The bathroom turned out beautifully; we are extremely happy!
